You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7bat account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 7bat immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. 7bat will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly. 7bat will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, Viber, or any other communication channel.
Players are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from winnings obtained through the 7bat platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine tax laws including, where applicable, the Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements for gambling income.
7bat accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 7bat within the timelines published on the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers are generally processed same-day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 7bat reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
